Shipping Policy

At Axiodent, Inc., we are committed to providing dental professionals with high-quality dental products and ensuring timely and reliable delivery. Please review our shipping policy below for more details:

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to all dental professionals within the United States. 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground.  (3-5 business days)  Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the carrier, and current conditions (e.g., weather or holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and the selected shipping method. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online through the carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you notice an error with your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in full.
